Neighborhood Lead Agencies

LISC Chicago's Neighborhood Network is led by 16 community-based organizations - the lead agencies - through which LISC's resources are channeled. They organize the planning, set the redevelopment agenda, and implement the programs, often working with LISC's other partners to get the job done.

Financial Opportunity Centers

With support and guidance from LISC Chicago, 12 community-based organizations have launched an innovative program called Financial Opportunity Centers (previously Centers for Working Families) that helps increase financial stability among low-income residents in neighborhoods throughout Chicago.

Elev8 Schools

Elev8 seeks to transform the educational achievement and life outcomes of disadvantaged middle school students in five Chicago schools. Each Elev8 school hosts an in-school health center that is managed by a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Other partners

LISC works with more than 70 partners citywide in coordination with neighborhood lead agencies.
